Terms of Service
These Terms regulate user-generated content behavior on our clothing store platform, including product reviews, star ratings, image and video posting, question consultation and community interaction content. By publishing any user content on our website, you grant our store a non-exclusive, permanent, reusable authorization to use, display and publicize your published content for store operation and product display purposes.
Users shall ensure that all published review content, pictures and videos are true, objective and compliant. It is strictly prohibited to publish malicious bad reviews, false evaluation content, insulting, abusive, discriminatory, violent and illegal sensitive information. Fake positive reviews, brush reviews and malicious competitor slander are also prohibited behaviors.
We reserve the right to filter, block or delete illegal, false, abusive and invalid user evaluation content. Malicious evaluation behaviors that interfere with normal store operation will result in account restriction, order rejection and permanent ban of comment permission. We will not delete legitimate real negative reviews based on genuine shopping experience.
All clothing evaluation content published by users shall not involve infringement of third-party portrait rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights. Users shall bear legal responsibilities for illegal content published by themselves. Our store will not be liable for user’s personal infringement behaviors, but will actively cooperate with legal investigation when necessary.
User reviews are for public reference only and do not represent official attitudes. All product attributes, quality standards and after-sales rules are subject to official product descriptions and service terms, rather than user evaluation content. We maintain the right to explain and adjust community interaction rules according to platform operation requirements.
