We truly hope every customer loves their new outfits. To bring you a relaxed and reassuring shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return window for all regular clothing items. You may return your order if it does not meet your expectation, provided that the clothes remain unworn, clean, unwashed and fully intact with original tags attached.
To protect public hygiene, intimate wear and swimwear cannot be returned. Custom-made designs and discounted clearance items are also final sale, as these items cannot be resold once shipped out.
Customers cover return shipping fees for ordinary returns caused by personal preference. If you receive defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete items, please contact us immediately. We will solve your issue quickly and cover all related return shipping costs.
Once your return package arrives and passes our inspection, your refund will be processed within one week. If you would like to exchange for a more suitable size or different style, our customer team will guide you step by step to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.
